Holacracy - Tactical Meetings

For resolving tensions.
  • What do you need to resolve that tension?
  • Whose role decides that?
  • Do you need this as a one off? Or if it needs to be a regular part of a role should it be sent to a Governance meeting to add to someone's regular accountabilities?
  • If that happened, would it deal with that tension for you well enough for now?
